Whole in One® - Yoga for Golfers is a breakthrough technique for improving your golf game and your vitality.
Balancing the body and mind is the purpose of yoga. Yoga stretches, postures and breathing techniques, specifically geared toward golfers, reduce stress prior to and during play. The physical and mental aspects of golf are explored to reveal unconscious body tension and
perceived limitations. The results include more fluid movements and a more
focused mind. (See testimonials that follow)
Yoga is extremely effective in releasing tension in the low back, neck,
shoulders, hips, groin and legs, areas that typically plagued golfers.
Movements are performed in a gentle, pleasurable way enabling people of all
ages and abilities to experience the benefits of yoga.
Increased flexibility is a proven factor in increasing club head speed. Combining a flexible body with a relaxed and focused mind reduces the chance of injury, maximizes performance and makes playing golf more pleasurable.
